product design, marketing and manufacturing.

Do you have any warranties?

Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our furniture.

What is your lead time on custom orders?

Custom pieces take approximately 8 to 10 weeks

What are your shipping options?

We ship throughout the United States.  Please contact us for
shipping prices.

Can I custom order sofas?

We outsource our sofas from a California sofa manufacturer.  
We can customize size, design and have an array of fabric
options.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All
Sphere Designs furniture and upholstery is guaranteed. If you are
not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a
merchandise refund for your furniture order within 14 days of
receipt. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  
Sphere Designs will replace or refund your merchandise against
manufacturer defects for up to one year.

It is the customers responsibility to return of all items that are not
defective within 14 days of receipt.

representative will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your

What is your privacy policy?

All information gathered by Sphere Designs through your order
is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any
company or individual EVER. The information will be used only
to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest
manner possible. If you need to change anything about your
order- where we'll be shipping it to, phone number, etc. please
email us or call us. Any general questions will be answered as
fast as we can! Thanks
