We only buy in large volume from our overseas manufacturers.
We are a small mom and pop home furnishings outlet that
handles all aspects of the business, ranging from product
design, marketing and importing
Do you have any warranties?
Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our furniture.
What is you lead time on in-stock items?
Most of our in-stock items are ready for delivery or pick-up within
2 weeks. In-stock items on back order arrive in approximately
4-6 weeks.
What is your lead time on special orders?
Special orders take approximately 10-14 weeks
What are your shipping options?
We currently only ship throughout California, Arizona, Neveda,
Oregon and Washington. Please contact us for shipping prices.
Can I custom order sofas?
There is no extra charge for customized fabrics. We offer over
30 fabric and leather choices. Please contact us for more
information.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All
Sphere Designs furniture and upholstery is guaranteed. If you are
not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a
merchandise refund for your furniture order within 14 days of
receipt. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Sphere Designs will replace or refund your merchandise against
manufacturer defects for up to one year.
It is the customers responsibility to return of all items that are not
defective within 14 days of receipt.

You can always place an order by telephone during regular
business hours by calling (415) 738-8446. Orders may also be
